6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bothub is not liable for:

• Losses from technical failures, connectivity issues, or system errors.
  
• Losses caused by misuse or misconfiguration of the Products.

Our liability, if any, shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the subscription period during which the claim arose.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

11. Miscellaneous

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with related policies, form the entire agreement between you and Bothub.

• Assignment: You may not assign rights under these Terms without our consent. Bothub may assign rights without restriction.
